We’d like to take advantage of the holiday season to take a look back on 2025 and to share what’s coming in 2026 with you. This year has been marked with intense activity and some great breakthroughs for the studio!

Some news about our next game
Production of our next title is coming along nicely. The demo is almost ready, and the teaser video is getting its last-minute touches. We’re progressing at a steady pace, and to thank you for your continuing support, here’s an exclusive illustration from this highly anticipated title.
End of Lines update
In February, End of Lines received a major update. We overhauled the balance of the resources system and fixed several minor bugs, thereby enhancing the overall experience.
The importance of Steam reviews and the encouraging progress of Echoes
We’re pleased to announce that Echoes, our latest release, finally crossed the threshold of 10 reviews submitted on Steam in October. This step is vital for small indie studios like ours, since it enables better visibility of the game in Steam’s catalog.
For us indie devs, your feedback is very precious: it’s your direct input. We strongly encourage you to share with us what you liked—or not—about our games via a review. If you’ve already written a review, then many thanks. Please be aware that even a brief comment on any or all of our games counts; you don’t need to write an essay (though we would enjoy reading it). Our next goal is to reach the 50 reviews mark on End of Lines, which would be an incredible holiday gift.
New demos
This year, we also released or re-released free demos for End of Lines and Echoes. They offer an amazing opportunity to get a preview of these games before deciding whether to buy them.
Our new Bluesky account and our Discord server
To keep in touch with you, we have launched our Bluesky account and our community Discord server this year. We warmly invite you to join us there so you don’t miss out on any of our news, which promises to be particularly exciting in 2026.
Welcoming Antonio, our new Marketing & Community Manager
In September 2025, the Nova-box team welcomed a new member: Antonio (the author of this message, by the way!). If you want to get in touch or chat with me, I would be delighted. I’m particularly active on Discord.
In-person events in France
We have participated in several major events this year;
Spawn in April in Angoulême.
The Game Conf in October in Angoulême.
Animasia also in October, in Bordeaux.
It was a pleasure meeting and exchanging with every one of you. Your smiles, your feedback, and your support are very precious to our team.
The explosive growth of our Instagram account
Our Instagram account saw spectacular growth, from 400 followers in September to nearly a thousand today! If you haven’t already done it, we strongly encourage you to follow us on [@novabox].
By the way, we would like to extend our thanks to @tiboudouboudou, @ateliersento, @cyroiink, @spxderily, @giwwiii et à @ocktoper for their unwavering support towards our small studio and for supporting the revitalisation campaign of our Instagram account.
Winter sales
As tradition dictates, Nova-box is participating in the Steam Winter Sale this year. All our games are discounted for the occasion, so it’s the perfect time to complete your collection with our bundle. It contains all our games and automatically adjusts itself according to which games you own and which ones you’re missing. Moreover, you’ll get a bonus discount on top of the sale.
What’s coming in 2026?
Well, 2026 should be one of the most crazy and dynamic years for the studio. We’re announcing our next game soon. We really hope you’ll like it!
Along the Edge, our very first Steam release, will turn 10 years old! You can expect festivities to celebrate the studio’s greatest success.
Finally, other surprises will be spread out over the year that we hope will amaze you even more.
All that remains is for us to wish you a very happy holiday season. Take care of yourselves and your loved ones. I look forward to seeing you again in 2026. Our team will recharge its batteries and prepare to make you even prouder to support us after all these years.
